Wellpoint portal Texas has a separate option for member of Medicare and Medicaid. These plans include OTC benefits for the members, the quarterly allowance is upto $51. Partnering with NationsBenefits, Wellpoint offers you an OTC card that you can use online and at stores.  You can order your card through your poral. Once you receive your OTC card you can get activated your card by going to this link:  MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com/activate

You can also call on the number given on the back of your OTC card to talk to customer service or in case you cannot activate your card.

In Maryland the OTC benefits are available for all the members. The Allownce is $30 worth of OTC items every quarter. It is for members of any age. You can have it for your children.
